Store Policies

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Please keep in mind that some items may require a special order from our Vendors. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Information Security

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account (when available).

We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.


All bicycle (including electric bikes) sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Other products (i.e. accessories) can be returned for a full refund  of the original purchase amount if returned in new conditions  with the original packaging, within 7 days of the purchase date.  Warranties are subjected to the product manufacturer policy.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.

Service Department Policy

When you leave your Vehicle (bicycle, electric bicycle or any other equipment) for repair; you authorize the repair work to be done along with the necessary material and agree that e-Bikery is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in/on vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. You grant e-Bikery and/or e-Bikery employees permission to operate the vehicle on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.

We are a bike shop, specializing in electric bikes.  We must follow California Laws for electric bikes (California e-Bike Law ).  Anything that is not included in these laws can be interpreted as not being an electric bike and bringing risks to our business.

We DO NOT service or repair…

  • Regular bikes that have been converted to e-bikes
  • Bikes that have a motor more than 750 Watt of power
  • Bikes that can not be considered safe to ride even after being serviced by us
  • Bikes that we considered a risk to the shop or to the rider for any reason
    • electric hazard, 
    • the battery is compromised and can cause fire,
    • very likely to be a stolen bike
  • Electric Scooters
  • Motorbikes (Onix Motobikes, Surron, Talaria, and others…)
  • Bikes running systems above 52V

Online Payment Convenience Fee

We offer the convenience of online payments.  This convenience is usually offer when the customer cannot be present in the store for the payment of a service.  When a payment is requested online a Convenience Fee is added to offset the cost of the software used to provide this service.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
